The industrial sector in Bangladesh, particularly the Readymade Garments (RMG) and textile industries, relies heavily on a stable steam boiler to maintain production cycles. However, many factories still operate with legacy equipment that suffers from low thermal efficiency and high carbon emissions, reflecting an urgent need for technological upgrades.
Due to the high humidity and varied water quality across different regions of Bangladesh, scaling and corrosion are significant pain points. This has led to an increased demand for advanced water boiler systems that incorporate automated water treatment and high-grade alloy materials to extend equipment lifespan.
Furthermore, the economic push toward "Green Factories" in Dhaka and Chittagong is driving manufacturers to explore waste heat boiler technologies. By recovering exhaust heat from power generators or furnaces, industries are significantly reducing their operational costs and environmental footprint.
