Using arched tube plates and threaded smoke pipes to form the pot, to prevent cracks from appearing on the tube plates. The lower part of the drum is equipped with a rising tube, which eliminates the stagnant water area at the bottom of the drum. The high-temperature area of the drum is well cooled, preventing bulging at the bottom of the boiler. Optimize the design of threaded smoke pipes, enhance heat transfer, ensure sufficient boiler output and fast heating. The design of the furnace arch in the furnace is reasonable, improving the combustion conditions, enhancing the dust reduction effect in the furnace, and reducing the pollutant emissions of the boiler. The boiler air chamber has good sealing performance, flexible adjustment, reasonable air distribution, reduced air excess coefficient, and improved boiler thermal efficiency.

  1. 1.The drum consists of arched tube sheet and spirally corrugated tube, so as to prevent the tube sheet from cracking.
    2. The ascending calandria are arranged under the drum. With this arrangement, the dead water zone at the bottom of drum is eliminated, and the sludge is difficult to subside on it. As a result, the high-temperature region of drum obtains better cooling, and the bulge phenomenon at the bottom of boiler is eliminated effectively.
  2. 3.The optimal design of the spirally corrugated tube strengthens the heat transfer, speeds up temperature rapidly and enhances the boiler steam rate.
    4. It is the rational design of arch inside the furnace that improves combustion condition, enhances the dust failing function in it and reduces the pollutant emission of the boiler.
  3. With good sealing, the wind box is easily to operate and can provide rational wind. Consequently, it reduces the air excess coefficient and increases the boiler thermal efficiency.
